1. The salary is very low as per market standards. 2 Insurance is deducted from salary, also medical charge deducted even if you don't utilise it . 3. Variable is low and doesn't get full. 4. Management is clueless in most of the decisions. 5. Project are running at low cost with constant fear from customer. 6. People at higher level just saving their position. 7. Upskill is not promoted.

- When you move from one project to another all your past work doesn't matter anymore. - If you stay in here for a long time, your salary will way less than peers who stayed the same company for long.
