- Very bad senior management who dont care about employees - Non responsive human resources department - Overall bad company culture - There is no severance pay for employees that are laid off - Low pay compared to competition

Less hike Free pool process can be improved

Less Work-life balance. Have better and good hikes.

they did not treat freshers employees, they are keep on shifting from one project to other project.

Slow growth and Minimum hikes.
