Very Good Condition of Office

Had provided me free third party training of 2 months when I was on bench and Wipro had covered all the expenses. That helped me greatly cause before that my last project was on legacy project code hence I was missing multiple niche skills,

1. Lot of opportunities to learn new technologies 2. Good balance between Job and family. 3. Supportive Managers and colleague.

Nothing as of now presently

Company is good environment is also good. Everything at the end is good salary is less for freshers. Still for carrer start its a good option

good work environment and positive culture in most of the areas

Overall ok to joining as a employee in wipro we won't take too much work stress
