Anonymous employee
Wipro was my first company where I had a good experience and very little pressure compared to other MNCs. They have great infrastructure.
Have lot of assessments in each level.
Technical support engineer
I’ve got experience in providing technical assistance to users through voice and chat support, resolving software issues efficiently. I’ve also handled real-time troubleshooting and guided users step-by-step to ensure quick resolution.
Some factors make it difficult to continue working professionaly, such as internal politics. There's a big difference in how people see a new/entry level employee and an experienced employee, aka discrimination. One thing to keep in mind, if you can develop a thick skin for these sort of things and just focus on work no matter what, then Wipro is a good company and offers good opportunities as well.
