Service based company so same work is repetetive

No hike no promotion, even manager don't know what we are working one.. assigning some other person as manager

Role dilution No clear direction from leadership No Pay hikes... Low variable pay

The job description can be misleading

Support functions are centered in India which reduces the overlap

it depends on project to project.

- 3 to 8% percentage compensation which is less but in every mncs this is issue

no hikes, no benefits, not good management

I do not see cons in this company, but in Wipro there are separate roles for different process which feels difficult to find out job outside since they will be looking for complete role.

Growth is little slow :)
