MNCs are only useful for campus recruits to get some experience and exposure to corporate world if you are lucky and get in some good projects.
Worst Work-life balance, toxic work culture, worst managers who think they know everything but don't know anything. A bunch of bootlickers in manager positions will give you the worst experience. Night shifts and weekend shifts are the worst. advise to anyone who reads this 1. if you are from some good colleges like tier 1/2 then don't even join these companies you guys can easily find good jobs in market. 2. if you are unlucky and are from tier 3 and lower colleges better would be to spend some time learning a particular Tech Stack and doing Internships on it and getting exposures.
