Salary hikes are very bad

Lack of culture and integrity. Continued delayed and inaccurate payments. No real action or care taken by senior management. Do not contract for this company if at all possible.

less opportunity to learn and challenging work

No more work from home

Lower salary ranges and inconsistent increments/bonuses.

no potential growth and the increase yearly is so small . they also used first in , last out method if they gonna redeployed an employee

You will not get much hike

No hike or very less hike

No good treatment towards employees. Very old managers without any technical background.

Less salary and no growth.
