If you are lucky then you get a lot of time to prepare for product based company
They will assign you any project from any domain and you have to work on that , And if you are on bench for more than 45 days you will get salary and they will ask you to resign
Chance to learn and grow. People open to mentor. All you need to do is ask and be open to learn. People you work with depends on your project. If the project is not good enough for you to learn anything new, talk right away to manager for a release/change
