Too much of politics among team members. Hatred towards new joiners Managers are good for nothing. You will end up working with electronic boxes. Nowhere relevant to your skills. Project is outdated

Salary hike never done in 2 years

Salary is almost non existent

Less hikes are here which is not good

Very low / zero increment in salary

Bench or Freepool is a trap, you don't get good projects easily and then you have to work in weird projects and technologies to get out of freepool. This loop continues every 6months to 1 year when the project ends and you have to look for a new one.

Less Project are available for freshers

1. bad HR connect, they will never respond to u but u cannot miss any of their msg 2. policies bad if u are on bench 3. bad policies if returning back from maternity leaves.
