Too much of politics among team members. Hatred towards new joiners Managers are good for nothing. You will end up working with electronic boxes. Nowhere relevant to your skills. Project is outdated

The approach of not having a minimum time you have to spend in the office is a blessing. You can go 3 days a week and even 30mins into the office is fine.
Bench or Freepool is a trap, you don't get good projects easily and then you have to work in weird projects and technologies to get out of freepool. This loop continues every 6months to 1 year when the project ends and you have to look for a new one.
