No pros that i notice
No pros, The company just doesnt care about you. You can see from the way they treat you as people with a lack of updates. Going through structural change and you can tell they just are trying to get rid of people while portraying themselves to be a caring company
Tech support
Politics at higher management sometimes.
Good company for long period
Large campus with good work environment
Less hikes and bonuses And also 10 hrs of working needed
Senior project manager
Great campus, flexible hybrid office policy.
Routine work, rotational shifts are stressful.
Associate
Good atmosphere, good place to get more knowledge and friendly team
Nothing specific to mention here
Software engineer
Good company if you able to find good project
Managment is totally biased here
Senior software engineer
- Fully remote environment - Strong learning culture — the company provides many courses and certification programs to help you grow technical and professional skills. - Internal mobility — plenty of opportunities to move between projects and teams, so you can try new roles - Base benefits: 401(k), Health insurance, PTO, quarterly bonuses
- Very limited opportunities for promotion - Salary remains mostly the same over the years - Extremely high employee turnover - Managers often do not provide meaningful support or show genuine care - Bonuses are frequently reduced
Senior devops engineer
Wipro encourages continuous learning and supports certifications. Good Exposure to cloud/devops projects and helpful team culture.
Some internal processes takes time, and coordination between teams can be slow. However, these are manageable with proper planning and communication.
Program engineer
very good company for a begineer level
very bad if you want to stay there more than a year
