Management. It's awful. You have to jump through all these hoops (that are NOT clearly defined), they underpay you, then when they've got all they can out of you, they lay you off. RUN.

Lack of followup from the organization.Late reply for urgent needs

management rude especially on onsite bad work hours

Not much increments or hikes

Slow growth, low increments, work-life balance depends heavily on project.
