Management is worst. 0 career opportunities with no growth at all.
It consultant- baggage handling system
The operations, although time sensitive is simple if you stick to the basics. 12 hr shifts are a bit too long but they do give good flexibility compared to other roles.
Management is keen on managing as opposed to solving problems. Problems are shared only with select few so as ro let them get credit for solutions!!
