Wipro has to manage/ revisit the employee salary scale with reference to global industry

Hike is very minimal, but you get less pressure

1. Strictly you have to sit for 6 hours each day in office, management should have given have given thought on this, if u sit for 2 days for 9 hours in office, it won't make 3 days office count. So u have come 3 days strictly to office. If u don't come,they will cut salary. Many people are leaving due to this and it will impact loudly. 2. Some projects has 5 days 9 hours office
