Salay hike is the major concern.

Management support was minimal, and communication often lacked clarity. Processes were outdated, overly complicated, and frequently changed without proper training or transition support. The role itself offered very limited growth, and internal mobility was difficult despite repeated attempts. Overall, the environment felt more draining than developmental, and I did not feel valued or supported during my tenure.
