Supportive atmosphere, can learn new technologies on the go. You job is secured but you don't get promotions before 2 year. It is difficult to chase it because of low growth rate and business development.
Salary less compared to work provided. Less opportunities when trying to find projects after upskilling.
Data scientist
Wipro offers extensive training programs, especially beneficial for freshers and those without a computer science background. The initial 3-month training is well-structured and equips employees with essential skills.
There are mixed reviews regarding pay scales, with some feeling that compensation doesn't align with industry standards, especially for mid-level positions.

It has been an incredible journey filled with learning, growth, and meaningful experiences. I genuinely believe Wipro is one of the best places to work, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to others. The culture here promotes a healthy work-life balance, and the support from the HR team has been commendable — they are attentive to both small and big needs of employees, which makes a real difference.
I believe there’s still room for improvement in terms of financial recognition. While the work environment is great, fair and consistent appraisals can further boost employee motivation and retention. For instance, colleagues who have been with the company for a year or more often continue on the same salary, unlike other companies where regular hikes are the norm. Recognizing employees’ efforts with meaningful financial growth would only make Wipro an even better workplace.

Good Clients and team environment
Pay is less compared to other services companies
As a MNC , Wipro has lot of good clients and projects you can work on , With Cutting edge technologies .
You don't know which Technology you'll get to work on , suppose you want to be in Development & you have done good in Java/Pyhton or any programming language before but during PJP (Training Program) you don't have a choice to opt your selected technology , Appraisal & Yearly Bonus is horrible , If you leave company before completion of Bonus Tenure which is 1.5 years which means you can't leave company before getting that Bonus Amount otherwise you have to return that money .Some Projects are good but some are having very toxic work culture , and you don't have option because if you leave your project which is not that easy you'll be in free pool and getting a new project is not easy.

This company does not go by rules of the game
Indian manager in USA are the worst middle layer who does not respect of individuals.
Process is Easy, and work experience is good, facilities they provide is too good to attract the employees to stay in the organization for years.
