Bad culture in office politics No promotions

no hike for long time

Mentality and favouritism at it's best

The job description can be misleading

Support functions are centered in India which reduces the overlap

- 3 to 8% percentage compensation which is less but in every mncs this is issue

I do not see cons in this company, but in Wipro there are separate roles for different process which feels difficult to find out job outside since they will be looking for complete role.

More Work pressure then what I worked previously

After selection you have to undergo training and pass which is very hectic and baseless because the 3rd party trainers are not good and also training isn't salaried

No cons everything is good only.

But there are cons definitely. One of them is hike, the company offers single digit hikes which doesn't add anything to the salary.
