1. They don't provide you with a Wipro laptop when you are at client site and expect you to complete Wipro mandatory trainings that you should access only on Wipro laptops else it is a security violation! 2. They provide minimum leaves and force you to take them whenever they want, leaving you no days off that you can schedule as per your own requirement. 3. They cut your leave & or pay for client mandated furlough periods even though you are a full time employee with Wipro

Company doesn't give gratuity or checks on the pf transfer. Waste of working . I don't know what Rishab Premji and Top management are doing for their good will

There is no growth easily

Increment is less and that too delayed. If client says to work on Saturdays, you need to work on Saturdays. Please aks them regarding this before joining the project.

The main downside is regarding salary because salry is too low
