Training is given. Supportive work mates. Environment is everything when working in f&b so bear that in mind.

Minimum workload. SOPs were easy to be memorized.

Minimum staff benefits. Only got discount on drinks which you still need to spend your own money. If you work with the lady manager, best of luck. She will refuse to approve your leave. Even if she approves, she will bring it up forever like it was the greatest deed someone could ever make. She also refuse to teach supervisors more about management, so that she could act like she is the most busy person and it is very stressful to be her. So, she could bring it up to everyone that she is the one that do all job. Supervisors under her management only do stock take and go bank in cash sales. If you lazy, go lah apply to be supervisor at her outlets. If anything happens that didnt meet her desire, she will say that she pay for our salary just for us to yada yada.. as if she is Ian Chua sibling. One time she didnt like a staff (part time), she didnt include the staff in the schedule, just to make him resign at the end. Meanwhile in the bar, we were short staffed, all thanks to her ego. In another word, she made the working environment toxic and unbearable for staffs.
