How I avoided burning out a second time

After first burnout: set hard work-hour limits in calendar, started tracking tasks in a simple list, scheduled weekly personal check-ins, and stopped reading work email after 7pm. Held the line.

Sunday night dread is a clinical signal. Chronic Sunday anxiety about Monday is a burnout precursor worth addressing.

The work email cutoff at 7pm is transformative. Two weeks of holding the boundary is all it takes to normalise it.
