What are your thoughts on 4-day work weeks in Malaysia?

My company piloted it for 3 months and productivity went up. Management ended it anyway. Frustrating.

The pilot data proving productivity is key. Our company extended after the pilot because the numbers were undeniable.
4-day week only works if you address meeting culture first. Compressing 5 days of meetings into 4 is worse.
