Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical expertise on materials. - Perform quality audits and risk assessments for suppliers. - Coordinate new product launches. - Translate customer requirements into factory activities. - Solve process and quality issues. - Select and qualify manufacturing equipment. - Develop and automate test and assembly processes.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Three to six years of relevant experience.
Ability to apply in-depth engineering knowledge in operations engineering.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external customers.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality standards.
