Job Description

The Account Assistant at Pro Amity Corporate in Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur, engages in daily accounting tasks within a dynamic team environment. The position requires attention to detail and effective communication to support various financial functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full set accounts including Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
  • Process payroll and conduct bank reconciliations.
  • Support clients with budget planning and financial forecasting.
  • Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with financial procedures.
  • Assist senior management on special projects.
  • Respond to client queries in a timely manner.
  • Perform ad-hoc accounting duties as required.

Job Requirements

Possess a Degree in Accounting or hold a professional qualification such as ACCA or CPA.

Familiarity with accounting software such as Auto Count or UBS is a plus.

Strong command of both English and Malay languages.

High level of integrity and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive financial information.

Keen eye for accuracy and strong organizational skills.

Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing.

Self-motivated with a desire to continue developing professionally in the field of accounting.

Must hold a valid driving license.
