
The Account Assistant will manage daily administrative and basic accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance while supporting the finance team in maintaining financial records and preparing reports.
As an Account Assistant, you will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks and supporting basic accounting functions. This includes maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with invoicing, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies. You will also help prepare reports and provide support during audits, contributing to the overall efficiency of the finance department. Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential as you will be handling sensitive financial information and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Admin or related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
