Account Executive/Account Supervisor – MACRO RENOVATIONS

The Account Executive/Account Supervisor is responsible for managing a full set of accounts and ensuring accurate financial reporting. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the financial health of the organization and supports strategic decision-making through detailed financial analysis.

In this role, you will engage in daily accounting tasks, ensuring compliance with accounting standards while working closely with various stakeholders. You will be part of a dynamic team that values accuracy and efficiency in financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Prepare monthly financial statements including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
• Manage SST submissions and ensure timely supplier payments.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and financial institutions.
• Prepare payment vouchers and journal entries accurately.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all financial transactions.
• Monitor cash flow and assist management with budgeting and cost control.
