
The Account Executive cum Admin will manage accounting tasks and provide administrative support to the management team. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
As an Account Executive cum Admin, you will handle full sets of accounts and assist with daily accounting duties, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards. You will manage accounts payables and receivables, prepare invoices and financial reports, and provide general administrative support to management. Your role will also involve liaising with auditors and maintaining confidentiality of company information while ensuring smooth office operations.
Professional Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Secretary or Business Studies/Administration/Management
At least 3 years of experience in administrative roles with basic accounting knowledge
Independent and able to multitask under pressure
Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
Responsible, meticulous, and possesses a good working attitude
