Job Description
As an Account Executive, you will engage in daily financial management tasks within a dynamic work environment. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure the accuracy of financial records and compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full set of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable.
- Ensure accurate bank reconciliations and prepare financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
- Oversee E-Invoice processes and handle Sales and Service Tax submissions.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support business operations.
- Liaise with auditors and tax agents during audits.
- Ensure timely submission of tax filings and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Provide financial insights to support decision-making.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of working experience handling full set of accounts.
Proficiency in Million accounting software and MS Excel.
Knowledge of accounting principles, E-Invoice, SST regulations, and statutory compliance in Malaysia.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
Good communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external parties.
