This role is for an Account Executive responsible for managing a full set of accounts, preparing financial reports, and handling audits. The position involves supporting budgeting, cash flow, and financial analysis activities along with other accounting-related administrative tasks.
The role involves handling a full set of accounts, journal entries, and financial reporting. The person will prepare monthly reconciliations, payment vouchers, and maintain accurate records while supporting audit and tax matters with external auditors and consultants. The role also includes assisting in budgeting, cash flow, and financial analysis, along with performing other accounting-related administrative duties as assigned.
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience (preferably in full set).
Knowledge of accounting software (SQL, AutoCount, or similar).
Meticulous, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
Good command of English and Chinese is an advantage.
