The Account Manager (ACM) is responsible for managing Controlled Channel Partners and their outlets' performance. This role plays a crucial part in driving Postpaid sales distribution and ensuring compliance with CelcomDigi values.
Job Description
In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of Controlled Channel Partners, focusing on performance management and sales expansion. You will also engage in competitive analysis and promotional planning to enhance market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the performance of Controlled Channel Partners and their outlets.
- Drive the expansion of Postpaid sales distribution.
- Devise and report on competitor activities.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with CelcomDigi values and integrity standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize operations.
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Job Requirements
Diploma/Degree in any field
Minimum 5 years of experience, ideally with Dealer/Distribution/Telco Operations experience
Must possess own transport with valid license
