Job Description
The Data and Business Intelligence Analyst will engage in daily analysis of large datasets to uncover trends and opportunities for efficiency. The work environment is collaborative, requiring close interaction with various stakeholders to align business needs with data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities for operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective data solutions.
- Support the Head of OE in data analysis for strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for performance tracking.
- Conduct data quality assessments to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence.
Job Requirements
Possess a Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role.
Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
