
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing strategic accounts and driving business growth. This role requires collaboration with various internal teams to meet client needs and achieve business objectives.
This position is directly responsible for the development, growth and maintenance of most strategic accounts and is the single point of accountability for the key Enterprise clients. You will lead all aspects of account management and new business development activities, ensuring KPI and goals are met while working closely with internal stakeholders to enhance competitiveness.
Tertiary education in relevant field of study
Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience in FMCG/IT/Technology business
Key account management experience in sales or marketing
Good working knowledge of CRM systems
Ability to influence and lead in a fast-paced environment
Strong relationship-building skills with key customers
