The Account Relationship Manager (Commercial Islamic) is responsible for managing the business development plan for an assigned Corporate Loan Portfolio. This role involves building client networks and ensuring the quality of loans while navigating market challenges.

In this role, you will engage in daily interactions with clients, focusing on relationship management and business development within the corporate loan sector. You will work in a dynamic environment that emphasizes collaboration and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage existing relationships for the corporate loan portfolio.
• Develop and acquire new relationships to expand the client base.
• Conduct timely periodic reviews of the portfolio to ensure loan quality.
• Assess adverse market news affecting borrowers and respond accordingly.
• Deliver excellent customer service and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Collaborate with the Client Coverage Team and product partners to enhance service delivery.
• Participate in account planning to align strategies with client needs.
• Cross-referral to other product partners to maximize business opportunities.
