Job Description
As a Personal Banker Mortgage, you will engage in daily interactions with customers, conducting face-to-face interviews to understand their mortgage needs. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with developers, lawyers, and real estate agents to facilitate successful transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve personal sales target for mortgage loans
- Cross-sell MRTA with a minimum penetration rate
- Deliver sales productivity of 2.5 million per month
- Maintain relationships with developers and real estate agents
- Ensure compliance with KYC and credit policies
- Conduct customer interviews
- Ensure data integrity of customer documents
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Relevant experience in sales or banking
Strong understanding of mortgage products and services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
