Job Description

The Accounts Assistant will engage in daily tasks that include handling full sets of accounts, cash management, and financial reporting. The work environment is collaborative, requiring effective communication with team members to achieve departmental goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full sets of accounts including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Oversee cash management processes to ensure liquidity.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports for management review.
  • Monitor the annual budget and provide variance analysis.
  • Assist with statutory audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Handle taxation matters and ensure timely submissions.
  • Maintain accurate general ledger entries and reconciliations.

Job Requirements

Degree in Accounting or relevant field

Fresh graduates encouraged to apply

Experience in full set accounts and month-end closing is an advantage

Knowledge of tax computation is a plus

Strong sense of responsibility and integrity

Ability to maintain good relationships with team members
