
The Accounts Assistant (Mandarin Speaker) is responsible for supporting the accounting team in managing financial records and processing invoices. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards while facilitating effective communication with team members and clients.
As an Accounts Assistant, you will engage in day-to-day accounting tasks within a collaborative team environment. Your responsibilities will include data entry, account reconciliation, and assisting with month-end closing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Possess SPM, LCCI, CAT, Diploma, or partial ACCA qualification.
Basic accounting knowledge is required.
Proficiency in Mandarin is essential.
Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
