Job Description

As an Accounts Associate/Executive, you will engage in day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring the accuracy of financial records and reports. You will work in a dynamic environment that requires attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
  • Maintain the General Ledger (G/L) and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline accounting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
  • Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to maintain accuracy.
  • Provide support during audits and financial reviews.

Job Requirements

Minimum education requirement: Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
