Job Description
The Accounts Executive (Junior) position involves handling various accounting tasks such as ledger updates, journal entries, and financial record maintenance. The role requires close cooperation with management to ensure smooth finance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting activities including ledger updates and journal entries.
- Perform debit and credit postings accurately.
- Prepare and maintain basic financial records.
- Assist with month-end closing processes.
- Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain documentation for all accounting activities.
- Assist in preparing accounting reports and financial statements.
Job Requirements
Able to speak and read Mandarin to handle documents and communications.
Minimum 1 year of working experience in accounting or a related field.
Basic understanding of accounting principles, including ledgers and journal entries.
Experience in handling a full set of accounts is an advantage.
