This role involves recording and analyzing computerized financial information, preparing and distributing financial reports, completing period-end closing procedures, and managing billing and invoice reconciliations. The position requires coordination with other departments, adherence to company policies, maintaining confidentiality, and fostering positive working relationships within the team.
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
At least 1 year of related work experience.
No supervisory experience required.
Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
Good communication skills to interact professionally and prepare accurate written documents.
Capability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
Physical ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
Ability to develop positive working relationships and support team goals.
