The Assistant Beverage Manager leads a team to ensure effective service and guest satisfaction. This role includes supporting staff coordination, maintaining safety and security standards, and assisting with operational tasks to improve organizational productivity.
The Assistant Beverage Manager ensures that staff work cohesively as a team to deliver optimal service and meet guest needs. This role involves inspecting staff grooming and attire, completing opening and closing duties, monitoring storage areas, performing inventories, assisting management in staff-related functions, and maintaining safety and security standards. The Assistant Beverage Manager also supports guest service quality, fosters positive working relationships, and helps increase organizational efficiency and productivity.
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
At least 2 years of related work experience.
At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
Ability to work in a team environment to meet service expectations.
Capability to follow company, safety, and security policies and procedures.
Effective communication skills with guests and staff.
Physical ability to perform job duties such as standing, sitting, walking for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and moving through confined or elevated spaces.
Maintain personal appearance and grooming standards.
Ability to read and visually verify information in various formats.
Willingness to perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
