Job Description
In this role, the Accounts Executive will engage in daily financial operations, working closely with purchasers, storekeepers, suppliers, and other stakeholders. The work environment is dynamic, requiring attention to detail and effective communication to support ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payments and invoices accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate with purchasers and suppliers to resolve discrepancies.
- Reconcile supplier and bank accounts meticulously.
- Verify ledgers and accounts for accuracy.
- Support project audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Prepare timely financial reports for ongoing projects.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in construction accounting.
Proficient in accounting software and MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.
Advanced MS Excel skills.
Proficient in the English language.
