
The Admin Assistant is responsible for providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth operations. This role involves interacting with clients and managing various administrative tasks in a dynamic work environment.
The Admin Assistant will perform day-to-day general administrative tasks, including handling incoming and outgoing customer phone calls and emails. The position requires attending to client inquiries and providing assistance as needed. Additionally, the role includes preparing reports, with training provided for this responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidates must possess at least Secondary/SPM/O'Level.
Candidates must be computer literate and have knowledge in Microsoft Office.
Candidates must be proficient in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
