As an Admin Assistant at DISTINCTIVE MODEL SDN. BHD., you will provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations. Your responsibilities include managing office records, handling correspondence, assisting with procurement, and supporting the sales manager. You will also identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, contributing to a productive work environment.
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Coordinator
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office suite
