
The Admin Assistant - Sustainability will manage data entry and consolidation related to sustainability metrics. This role requires attention to detail and effective communication skills to support various sustainability initiatives.
As an Admin Assistant for Sustainability at Sunway REIT, you will be responsible for entering monthly sustainability readings, consolidating data from various sources into master tracking sheets, and ensuring accurate record-keeping of utility bills and solar monitoring reports. You will also follow up with vendors for missing data and support other sustainability initiatives as assigned. Your role is crucial in maintaining data integrity and supporting the company's sustainability goals.
Minimum SPM or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Previous admin/data entry experience preferred
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
