The candidate will manage documentation, handle policy processing, data entry, maintain filing systems, coordinate communication and meetings, prepare reports, and support basic analysis and problem-solving to ensure efficient daily operations.
Minimum Diploma qualification in Business Administration or any related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant experience is an added advantage.
Good command of English and Mandarin.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive work attitude.
Analytical mindset and good problem-solving ability.
Must possess own transport and willing to travel if required.
