The role involves managing office administration tasks including legal and licensing compliance, maintenance and asset management for equipment, rental, utilities, phone lines, courier, security, and cleaning services. Responsibilities also include purchasing office and IT-related items, arranging business travel, issuing uniforms and name cards, organizing staff welfare activities and events, managing employee on/off-boarding processes, handling expatriates' employment pass submissions and accommodation maintenance, managing office renovation or moving projects, collaborating with HR Business Partners on HR operations and initiatives, driving continuous process improvements, and undertaking any other tasks or projects assigned by superiors or the company.
More than 2 years of experience in related fields with a Diploma or Bachelors degree in any discipline.
Good Excel and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment to meet expected standards and timelines.
Proficient in English, Malay, and Mandarin.
