Job Description

The Admin Executive will engage in day-to-day office administration, focusing on compliance, asset management, and employee support. The role requires collaboration with various departments to ensure smooth operations and enhance employee welfare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office administration tasks including legal and licensing compliance.
  • Oversee maintenance and asset management for office equipment and services.
  • Purchase office and IT-related items as needed.
  • Arrange business travel for employees.
  • Issue uniforms and name cards for staff.
  • Organize staff welfare activities and events.
  • Manage employee on/off-boarding processes.
  • Handle expatriates' employment pass submissions and accommodation maintenance.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners on HR operations and initiatives.
  • Drive continuous process improvements and undertake additional tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

More than 2 years of experience in related fields.

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Proficient in English, Malay, and Mandarin.

Strong attention to detail with good Excel and organizational skills.

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
