Job Description

The Administrative Assistant will engage in day-to-day operations by performing essential administrative and office coordination tasks. This position is ideal for individuals looking to enhance their skills in administration and contribute to the overall efficiency of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in general administrative tasks to support daily operations.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members.
  • Prepare and organize documents for meetings and presentations.
  • Provide communication support through emails and phone calls.
  • Assist with banking tasks and financial documentation.
  • Help with order packing and logistics coordination.
  • Support other departmental administrative tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

Fresh graduate or final-year student in Food Science or a related field.

Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Good communication skills in Chinese, English, and Malay.

Organized and detail-oriented.

Responsible and able to work independently.

Willing to learn and adapt to new tasks.

Able to commit to a 6-month contract from April 2026 to September 2026.
