This role is for an Administrative Assistant responsible for processing payments and finalizing agreements. The position includes managing payment records, coordinating with the sales team, and organizing relevant documents.

Job Description

The role involves processing payments including verifying invoices, entering information into the system, and initiating drawdown requests. The position also requires finalizing agreements for execution, managing payment records for stamping with LHDN, tracking and following up on outstanding documents with the sales team, and ensuring proper organization and storage of stamp certificates for each client.

Job Requirements

Minimum Diploma holder.

Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Good communication skills, both written & oral.

Basic knowledge in Data Entry, Microsoft Word and Excel.
