
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the financial operations of the organization. This role involves managing payment processes and ensuring accurate documentation to facilitate smooth transactions.
In this position, you will engage in daily tasks that include processing payments, verifying invoices, and maintaining organized records. You will work closely with the sales team to track outstanding documents and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum Diploma holder.
Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field.
