Role Summary

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the financial operations of the organization. This role involves managing payment processes and ensuring accurate documentation to facilitate smooth transactions.

Job Description

In this position, you will engage in daily tasks that include processing payments, verifying invoices, and maintaining organized records. You will work closely with the sales team to track outstanding documents and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payments by verifying invoices and entering information into the system.
  • Initiate drawdown requests and finalize agreements for execution.
  • Manage payment records for stamping with LHDN.
  • Track and follow up on outstanding documents with the sales team.
  • Organize and store stamp certificates for each client.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for financial transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve payment processing efficiency.

Job Requirements

Minimum Diploma holder.

Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Good communication skills, both written & oral.

Basic knowledge in Data Entry, Microsoft Word and Excel.
