The Administrative Executive, International Marketing is responsible for supporting the international marketing department with essential documentation and communication tasks. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth operations and effective coordination between various internal and external stakeholders.

Job Description

The Administrative Executive will engage in daily tasks that involve managing paperwork and liaising with different departments to facilitate processes related to international marketing. The work environment is dynamic, requiring proactive communication and organizational skills to handle various administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in compiling and managing documentation for international marketing processes.
  • Liaise with internal departments such as the International Office and Heads of Departments.
  • Facilitate visa processing, university registration, and payment clearance.
  • Communicate with students and agents regarding documentation and visa issues.
  • Track student arrivals and coordinate with third-party agents.
  • Prepare monthly activity reports for submission to the corporate office.
  • Support ad hoc tasks and other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Experience in administrative roles, preferably in marketing or education.

Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
