The Lecturer cum Programme Leader is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the smooth running of academic programmes within the Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences. This role significantly impacts the quality of education and student experience by ensuring compliance with university standards and fostering collaboration with external partners.

The day-to-day work involves managing academic programmes, supporting faculty staff, and engaging with students to enhance their learning experience. The work environment is dynamic, requiring effective communication and collaboration with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate academic programmes within the faculty.
• Support academic staff to maintain teaching quality and compliance with standards.
• Liaise with partner universities and industry collaborators to enhance academic offerings.
• Manage student-related processes such as registration and progression.
• Prepare and deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions.
• Develop and update lesson plans and teaching materials.
• Evaluate and grade students' work and provide guidance.
