This role involves supporting academic staff to maintain teaching quality and ensuring compliance with university and regulatory standards, as well as liaising with partner universities and industry collaborators to enhance academic offerings. The position also entails managing student-related processes such as registration, progression, graduation eligibility, academic counselling, and addressing student concerns to foster a positive learning environment. In addition, the role includes preparing and delivering lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions aligned with approved syllabi; developing and updating lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment methods; evaluating and grading students' work; providing guidance and mentoring; and participating in curriculum review and enhancement activities. The Lecturer cum Programme Leader also offers pastoral care and academic counselling to support students' holistic development and provides testimonials and references for students as needed.
