Job Description

The Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Finance & Accounts, is responsible for leading and managing the monthly financial closing process and ensuring timely and accurate financial statements. The role also involves preparing and reviewing quarterly financial announcements in compliance with regulatory requirements, overseeing group consolidation of accounts including subsidiaries and intercompany transactions, and managing annual tax submissions while liaising with external auditors and tax agents. This position supports budgeting, forecasting, management reports, and financial analysis activities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Additionally, it provides financial insights to assist management in strategic planning and supervises junior team members in day-to-day accounting and reporting activities.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

Experience in managing financial closing processes and preparing financial statements.

Ability to prepare and review financial announcements in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Skills in consolidating group accounts, including subsidiaries and intercompany transactions.
