Affiliate Operations Intern – Xamble Technologies Sdn. Bhd.

The Affiliate Operations Intern is responsible for supporting the influencer agency by managing and growing affiliate campaigns. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to optimize campaign performance and enhance the overall affiliate marketing strategy.

As an Affiliate Operations Intern, you will engage in daily operations that include onboarding influencers, coordinating with teams, and tracking campaign metrics in a dynamic work environment. You will also conduct market research and assist in the setup of campaigns to ensure their success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard new influencers and affiliates into campaigns and platforms.
• Coordinate with influencers, brands, and internal teams on campaign requirements.
• Track clicks, conversions, and commissions across affiliate platforms.
• Compile performance reports and highlight key insights for optimization.
• Research potential affiliates, influencers, and market trends.
• Assist in setting up and monitoring affiliate campaigns.
• Support affiliate workshops, including preparation, coordination, and follow-ups.
• Handle day-to-day operations such as communication, documentation, and campaign support.
