Affiliate & Partnership Executive at Dormez Fabrication Sdn Bhd - Kuala Lumpur

The Affiliate & Partnership Executive is responsible for driving affiliate outreach and managing partnerships to enhance brand visibility and sales. This role involves coordinating daily operations, managing relationships, and executing campaigns in a dynamic marketing environment.

In this role, you will engage with potential affiliates and partners while overseeing the execution of affiliate campaigns. You will work closely with various internal teams to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and identify potential affiliates, creators, KOLs, publishers, and strategic partners aligned with brand objectives.
• Conduct outreach via email, direct messaging, affiliate platforms, and networking channels.
• Manage affiliate onboarding processes including registration, briefing, tracking setup, commission structure communication, and content guideline sharing.
• Coordinate daily affiliate activities to ensure campaigns run smoothly and effectively.
• Monitor affiliate performance, traffic, conversions, and sales contributions.
• Support creators with campaign briefs, product information, promo codes, tracking links, and creative assets.
• Maintain strong day-to-day relationships with affiliates and creators.
